Here’s what we have been up to.
I bought a new camera, and have been trying it out. It is fun and scary all at the same time. As usual, I didn’t really know what I wanted until I had the camera for a month. I still wish I had an aperture that would go down further, so I could really get that soft fuzzy background–called bokeh. But overall, I am thankful to have more options. I also am thankful that a digital camera allows me to make 100 mistakes without really costing me anything more than time and a little battery life.

Fun, fun, fun. I have to say that I noticed the lovely black wedges as well. Beautiful town, beautiful girls, and beautiful photos.

Love how the colors just pop in your pictures! And the lovely ladies! My life changed after I got a better camera, it is so much fun to capture glimpses of life with lens that actually do justice to the moment!

Grandpa and Grandma W. began their life together in a 1956 candy-apple red Chev. like the one below the “no parking” sign (also the one the pink “cherub” is standing on front of). Also, Grandpa W restored a 57 Chev (even the same color) that Scout is standing beside. Only the inside colors were turquoise and ivory. Nice color shots and adorable models.
