OCTOBER 10, 2012–OSSO BUCO Last fall, I was still cooking my way through Ree Drummond’s cookbook. I had saved OSSO BUCCO (pg. 194) for one of the last recipes to cook, as it seemed like a more fall-ish, hearty dish.
